Practical Use of the First Aid Kit – Peppermint

For indigestion, nausea, motion sickness and even gastro-intestinal cramps, a trace of the essential oil on the tongue (or on a sugar cube or in honey) provides rapid relief in most cases.

For headaches, it can be applied on the temples, the forehead and the nape of the neck, possibly with lavender

For hiccups, a trace of essential oil placed on the finger and applied on both sides of the fifth cervical vertebra, will create a reflex that stops the hiccups.

薄荷精油 (不建議用於兒童)

消化不良、 噁心、 暈車和甚至胃腸痙攣:將微量的精油點在舌頭 (或糖或蜜糖水中),以上症狀很得到舒緩

 頭疼:混合薰衣草太陽穴,前額和頸背輕按(將薄荷油及薰衣草油各一滴混合於植物油後使用)


打嗝微量的精油點在手指上放在第五頸椎前後兩邊,反射作用幫助停止打嗝
